多年來(lái)，ERM已成為車(chē)床C軸的優(yōu)選編碼器。 它不僅抗污染性能好，而且內(nèi)徑大的特點(diǎn)使其在棒料加工中的限制最少。
由于結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，ERM磁柵通常安裝在直徑大于工件的圓周處。 因此編碼器的位置誤差影響工件精度相對(duì)較小。
回轉(zhuǎn)和擺動(dòng)工作臺(tái)

銑床的主軸
主軸是銑床的重要部件并對(duì)銑床性能有重大影響。 主軸性能由其結(jié)構(gòu)，驅(qū)動(dòng)和軸承系統(tǒng)決定，但編碼器也對(duì)主軸性能有決定性影響。 編碼器必須支持高轉(zhuǎn)速且必須具有足夠剛性。 對(duì)40 000 rpm以上的轉(zhuǎn)速，ERM 2900完全能支持。 此外還滿足尺寸緊湊要求。
如果一臺(tái)機(jī)床進(jìn)行銑車(chē)復(fù)合加工，對(duì)主軸精度的要求更高。 如果工件復(fù)雜，部分加工運(yùn)動(dòng)必須通過(guò)多個(gè)進(jìn)給軸和主軸定位的復(fù)合運(yùn)動(dòng)才能實(shí)現(xiàn)。 例如加工螺紋時(shí)，單點(diǎn)刀具需要有確定的角度方向。 這時(shí)，需要用400 μm信號(hào)周期的ERM 2400編碼器。 其精度更高，例如75.44 mm的外徑線數(shù)達(dá)600線。 這遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于可比尺寸的齒數(shù)。
